Okay, so I've been playing Mansion poker recently with limited success, mostly limited by my $250 cash game losses against my decent showings in MTTs. So I cashed out down to £100 and set about making a journal in earnest about my poker playing.
$1 rapid rebuy MTT, with $50 added.
Players -81. Final prize pool $276. Positions paid - 9. 1st is $82.80 - 9th is $6.90.
Rebuy immediately and am at 3000.
Play a few hands,blinds are 15/30. Get ATh, limp, call a 4xBB raise from the button after 2 other callers. Hit nothing, give up the hand, down to 2805.
Blinds 25/50, limp with 45c, min raise from SB, 4 callers, I call. Flop 78T, no good, give it up. Down to 2705.
Blinds still 25/50, limp with KJd. Flop A93, bet off it, down to 2705.
Blinds 50/100. My SB, AK go all in, no callers, up to 2755.
Blinds 100/200. My SB have K6 7:1 to call so do. Flop 776, I check, it checks round. Turn is an A. I check, there's some betting, I fold. Down to 2405.
Blinds 100/200. I limp on the button with QJ, SB goes all in so I fold. Down to 2205.
Break.
I top up to 3705, so $3.10 spent total. I'm 42nd out of 62 remaining. Average stack is 5467.
Blinds 100/200 (10 antes). I have QKd on the cutoff and limp. Flop 9JQ, check to me, I push, no callers. Up to 4045.
Blinds 100/200 (10 antes). I have ATh, I raise, guy min raises all in, I call. He has ATs. Split pot.
Blinds 100/200 (10 antes). I pick up 88 and push, no callers. Up to 4853.
Blinds 300/600 (30 antes). JJ utg, push, no callers. Up to 5368.
Blinds 400/800 (40 antes) Push AQ, get called by A9 for an almost double up, up to 10996.
Blinds 600/1200 (60 antes) Push AJ, called by Q9, double up again to 20312 which sits me at 8th.
Down to last two tables have a bit of stealing and pushing. Eventually get all in with 99 vs KQ, spikes a T on the river for a straight. I still have a few chips, but only 2xBB, push on the BB with K3 and am against 69 on the SB. Flop comes with a 6. Turn with a K. River with a 9.
Finish in 11th place and out of the cash. Net total for event -$3.10
Next event was a satellite to the $5k gtd event. Play in this at the same time as the $1 rebuy.

Players -15. Seats - 1. Positions paid - 4. 2nd is $20.50, 3rd is $12.30, 4th is $8.20.
Blinds 10/20. Limp with K4c, there's a raise of 15xBB and I fold. Down to 1480.
Blinds 10/20. I have AQ on the BB. I raise 5xBB and get 3 callers. Flop 27Q, I push and take down what's already in pot. Up to 1840.
Blinds 10/20. Limp on SB with Q8, 4 players. Flop 9QK, I check, there's a bet and I fold.
Blinds 10/20. Call a 50 preflop raise with A7d on the BB. Flop 567. I bet 130 and get 1 caller. Turn is a 7. I bet 480, get raised all in and call. Guy has JJ. Up to 3330.
Blinds are 25/50 before I play again. Get 88 late position. I raise to 200. SB reraises all in. BB calls. I call. SB has QQ, BB has AT; I'm in trouble. Flop comes A56, turn 7, river 9. I scoop up to over 6k.
At this point there's an interesting hand involving a flop of QsQxTsTxJs, with 1 person having a Q, one have a T and the other the K9s. Lose 2 players.
Blinds about 50/100. I push with AK on the cutoff, am called by A4d, flop comes with a 4, no help for me. Down to 3760.
Down to last 3. Get 85c on the button. Limp and call a small raise from the BB. Flop come JcXc5, guy pushes, I call thinking he's missed but he has TT. No more help for me.
Finish in 3rd place. Net total for event + $1.30.
Play another satellite to the Aussie Millions final next Sunday.
$20 + $2 satellite to Aussie Millions $100+$9 final.
Players -12. Seats - 2. Positions paid - 4. 3rd is $11, 4th is $6.60.
Never took extensive notes though played quite well, only time my stack was at risk was early-ish with 66 to AK. My 66 held up and I netted 3585 for my worries.
Played uber tight the rest of the way until 4 way when there was a battle between all of us, eventually took it to 3 way with 1 stack really short and showing no aggresion. Put him out with a reraise by me with nothing, which he called and the other guy took him out when he turned the house.
Finished with seat. Net total for event TBC, currently +$87.
Current bankroll = £88 apx.
